New · The 2-Point Lift neck support
NAPE holds your head level at two points, your chin and your chest, so your neck can stop doing all the work. Adjusts with one dial. Just {weight}.
The 3pm problem
The further your head leans toward a screen, the harder your neck works to hold it up. One widely cited model puts it at around 60 lbs at a 60° tilt.
That dull ache at the base of your skull by mid-afternoon isn't bad luck. It's leverage.
Modelled estimates, not measurements. Hansraj K.K., “Assessment of stresses in the cervical spine caused by posture and position of the head,” Surgical Technology International, 2014.
So we built something to take the load off.
The 2-Point Lift
Most neck supports wrap your whole neck. NAPE holds your head at the two points that matter, then gets out of the way.
Padded, vented and contoured. It sits under your chin and stops your head drifting forward, the movement that tires your neck all day.
The U-shaped base rests on your upper chest and collarbones and takes the load. Soft side wings keep it steady.
Turn it with your thumb to raise or lower the chin rest until your head sits level. 40mm of lift, no pumping.
Support in the right places means no bulk anywhere else. That's why it's just 120g, and why you'll actually wear it.
Get my NAPESupport while you work. Chin tucks when you break.

Actually feels like my neck gets a break
“I spend probably 10+ hours between my laptop and phone. By the evening my neck used to feel insanely heavy. I use this for a short session after work and it genuinely feels like my neck finally gets a break.”
The hump was honestly what made me buy it
For me it wasn't even pain at first. I kept noticing this bump at the base of my neck in photos and it made me really self conscious. Then eventually I started getting that tight, heavy feeling after long shifts too. I tried stretches from YouTube but I'd do them for three days and forget. With this I just leave it beside the couch so I actually remember. I'm not expecting some miracle overnight but I can already tell I'm holding my head differently throughout the day. I catch myself before I start leaning forward now. That's probably been the biggest thing for me.
I kept rubbing the same spot every night
Every night without fail I'd sit on the sofa and rub that exact spot where my neck meets my shoulders. My husband even used to joke that I needed a massage subscription.
I tried changing my pillow. Changed my desk chair. Raised my monitor. Used a massage gun. All of those helped a little but I still kept putting my head forward without realizing it.
This is the first thing that made me really notice the position itself.
Now when I start creeping toward the screen, I actually catch it.
Still use my massage gun btw 😂 but definitely not reaching for it every single night like before.
Fits into real life
I have a 9 month old so I'm not doing some perfect 30-minute posture routine every morning lol.
Some days I barely remember lunch.
This is doable. I can use it while the baby is playing beside me or when I'm watching TV at night. That's what I needed—something that fits into my actual messy life, not an imaginary version of me who wakes up at 5am and stretches every day.
neck doesnt feel stuck anymore
Before my neck always feel like stuck especially night time after laptop whole day. Been using around 2 weeks now and much better for me. Very simple product but actually I use everyday 👍
Dad gift success
Bought for my dad because he complains about his neck but refuses to stretch.
He uses it.
This is a miracle.
I bought the expensive chair too
The Herman Miller did not magically make me stop leaning into my screen. Shocking, I know.
Bought Mom one after seeing how she sits
My mom is retired and somehow spends more time on her tablet than I spend on my phone.
Every time I visited, she'd be sitting on the couch with her chin practically touching her chest, scrolling Facebook, then complaining that her neck was stiff.
Classic mom logic 😂.
So I got her this.
First week she called me asking if she was using it correctly. Second week she called to tell ME I needed one too.
Apparently I've created a monster.
WFH ruined my posture
Worked from my dining table for “just a few weeks” in 2020. Somehow years later I was still hunched over a laptop every day.
My posture got BAD.
I finally upgraded my chair and monitor but still found myself leaning my whole head toward the screen when concentrating. This has helped a lot with that awareness. I normally use it sometime around lunch and again when I finish work.
The funny thing is now I notice other people doing the same forward-head thing on Zoom 😂
I bought it because I hated my side profile
I'm just gonna be honest because everyone talks about “neck health” but vanity is what got me 😂. I hated how my posture looked from the side. My chin looked forward, shoulders rounded and there was that little hump starting at the back.
I kept trying to consciously stand straight but the second I stopped thinking about it I'd go right back.
What I like about this is I can actually FEEL the position instead of telling myself “shoulders back, chin back” all day long.
Been keeping it near my vanity and using it pretty regularly. Still working on it, obviously, but I already feel less slouched in photos.
Bye bye shoulder straps
Those shoulder strap correctors drove me INSANE. This makes way more sense for what I was actually trying to address.
Did more for me than another desk accessory
I've gone through the whole ergonomic desk rabbit hole.
Standing desk: bought it.
Monitor arm: bought it.
Vertical mouse: bought it.
Foot rest: bought it.
$400 office chair: bought it.
And somehow I was still sitting there with my head six inches forward 😂.
Turns out you can own an amazing desk setup and still have terrible habits. This made me much more conscious of my neck position, which is what I was missing.
Didn't know my neck was THAT forward
Saw myself in a side photo and immediately understood why my neck always hurts 😭 Been using this after work and honestly I'm much more aware of how far forward I push my head now.
My wife looked at me like ???
I handed my wife a neck support for our anniversary.
Yes, I realize how romantic that sounds.
She looked at me like I had lost my mind 😂.
In my defense she works from home and talks about her neck almost every day. She tried it that evening, liked it, and now uses it regularly.
So technically I crushed the anniversary gift.
Flowers die. Good posture lives on.
Massage only lasted until Monday
I'd pay for a massage Sunday and feel AMAZING.
Monday: back at computer.
Tuesday: tight again.
Wednesday: exactly where I started.
That's when I finally accepted that I needed to change the thing I was doing for 8 hours every day instead of only trying to fix it afterward.
I sit. A LOT.
I'm 47 and work in accounting. During busy season I can be at my desk from early morning until dinner.
I've dealt with tightness around my neck and shoulders for years. It gets worse the longer I sit, especially when I'm reading numbers on two monitors.
I was skeptical because a lot of posture products look gimmicky. I decided to try this because it focuses more directly on the neck.
It's easy to adjust and takes very little time. I normally use it in the evening now.
I wouldn't call anything an instant fix, but personally it has become one of the few posture-related products I actually continue using.
Why does nobody teach us posture??
we spend YEARS in school sitting at desks then YEARS working on computers and nobody teaches us this stuff?? 😭😭
my neck has been tight forever. this has helped me realise how bad my head position actually was.
Graphic designers will understand
When you're zoomed into Photoshop at 400% somehow your entire body also zooms 400% toward the screen 😂
Great little desk reset.
better than strap for me
I have other posture corrector before and cannot wear because uncomfortable armpit area. This one for me better because focus neck and easy. Maybe everyone different but I prefer this.
This survived the two-week test
I have what my girlfriend calls a “two-week hobby cycle.”
Buy thing.
Use thing obsessively.
Forget thing exists.
This has actually survived it. It's been over a month and I'm still reaching for it, which is honestly the strongest endorsement I can give any product.
Got it for my nurse gf
She comes home after 12hr shifts and always asks me to rub her neck.
Got her this.
I may have accidentally put myself out of a job 😂
My mom called it my turtle neck
My mom kept saying I was walking around like a turtle with my head sticking forward and obviously I ignored her because moms are annoying lol. Then I saw a video someone took of me from the side and I was like……oh.
She was right.
Ordered this that night 😂
College students pls save your neck
im 20 why was i waking up like somebody's grandma 😭 this helps soooo much after studying
Third posture thing I bought
product #1 = drawer
product #2 = also drawer
this = somehow still on my desk 😂
I ACTUALLY USE IT
This is the whole review:
I ACTUALLY USE IT 😂
If you've purchased fitness/posture gadgets before you know how important that sentence is.
Actually useful gift
I'm trying to stop buying my husband things that become clutter.
He doesn't need another wallet.
He doesn't need another bottle.
He definitely doesn't need another novelty gadget.
What he DOES do is work at a computer all day and complain about his neck every evening.
So I bought this.
It's been sitting beside his office chair for weeks now and I see him use it all the time. Honestly I'd rather give somebody something slightly boring that improves their everyday routine than another “cool” gift they forget about after Christmas.
Would absolutely buy it as a gift again.
this is gooooood
okay i dont normally review stuff but this is gooooood. my neck feels soooo nice after using it lol
My husband said I stopped complaining
Apparently my review is that my husband noticed I haven't asked him to rub my shoulders every evening lately 😂
Was skeptical ngl
Thought it would be another gimmick. Been using it most evenings for a few weeks now.
I was wrong lol.
Netflix neck routine 😂
Currently using this while watching Netflix so technically I'm being healthy and lazy at the same time. 10/10.
Funny birthday gift that became serious
My best friend CONSTANTLY complains about her little “neck hump” in pictures.
Like every photo:
“DELETE IT”
“my neck looks weird”
“why didn't you tell me I was standing like that”
So I bought her this partly as a joke for her birthday.
She laughed for five minutes and then immediately opened it and started using it 😂.
Now she keeps sending me updates. Honestly one of my better gifts.
Wish I dealt with this earlier
I'm 28. I genuinely thought neck stiffness was just part of having a computer job.
Apparently not 😂
This has become my little reset between work sessions. Nothing complicated. I use it, get up, walk around, come back to my desk and I feel way less folded in half.
Game changer for long editing days
Editing days can easily turn into 10-12 hours for me, especially when clients send revisions late. The worst part is I completely stop noticing my posture once I'm focused.
I started leaving this literally beside my keyboard.
Every couple hours I'll use it while exporting or waiting on files. It gives me a reason to stop staring into the screen for a minute.
Really simple change but probably why I've actually stuck with it.
Chin tucks hurt me
I never knew whether I was doing chin tucks correctly. Sometimes my jaw felt weird, sometimes my neck felt more tense, so eventually I just stopped doing them.
I much prefer something guided where I'm not constantly questioning my form.
Very easy
easy to adjust, easy to keep beside sofa, easy to use. thats why i like it
For my sister in grad school
Sis basically lives on her MacBook these days. Got this for her bday.
She said “wow are you saying my posture is bad?”
yes. yes i am 😂
5 stars from me
Comfortable, easy, does what I wanted. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Perfect for desk zombies
If you stare at spreadsheets for 8 hours a day like me… yeah. Buy something for your neck 😂
My drawer of failed health purchases
I have:
• resistance bands
• massage balls
• posture strap
• neck pillow
• foam roller
• massage gun
Basically an entire physiotherapy clinic in my closet 😂
The reason I like this isn't because it's some magic object. It's because I ACTUALLY use it. Anything that requires me to clear floor space and watch a 15 minute tutorial is doomed in my house.
This sits by my desk. Grab it, use it, done.
That alone makes it better than half the stuff I've bought.
No instruction manual drama
opened box
figured it out
used it
thank you for not making this complicated 😂
My boyfriend works AND games
my bf sits at computer all day for work then gets off work and... sits at computer to game 😭😭😭
got him this and he actually likes it!! he normally never uses the random things i buy him lol
Phone neck is real
Thought people were exaggerating about “text neck.” They were not.
I use computer 9 hour per day
I use computer maybe 9 hour everyday for job and always neck very tired. This one easy to use and not need exercise 30 minute. I like it because can use when finish work.
I tried the exercises
Yes I know about chin tucks. Yes I bookmarked the stretches. No I was not doing them every day 😭
This is way easier for someone inconsistent like me.
It lives on my desk
If I put something in a drawer, it no longer exists.
Therefore this stays directly beside my monitor 😂.
And because it's there, I use it.
Bought 2 for my parents
Had to buy two because my parents will absolutely fight over anything they both like 😭
Dad uses his after reading on the iPad. Mom uses hers while watching TV.
Everyone happy.
Not cute but effective 😂
Do I look glamorous using it? absolutely not.
Does my neck care? also absolutely not 😂
I hated wearing the brace under clothes
I bought one of those backpack-looking posture braces before. It rubbed under my arms, showed through some shirts and honestly I felt weird wearing it.
So obviously I stopped.
This works better with my personality because I can just use it intentionally at home instead of trying to wear something for half the day.
Keep it where you can see it!
TIP: don't hide it in a cabinet!!! Leave it next to ur laptop.
I used mine like twice the first week because I kept putting it away. Put it beside my screen and now use almost everyday 😅
My son finally listened… sort of
I've been telling my 19 year old son to stop bending his neck toward his computer since he was about 14.
Of course mom saying it accomplished nothing.
I bought this because he's studying computer science now and spends even MORE time at a desk. Surprisingly he uses it without me reminding him.
I'm choosing to consider that a parenting victory.
My 3pm neck pain
Mine always started around 3pm. Not 2pm, not 5pm. Somehow 3pm every single workday my neck would start aching.
Now I take a short break, use this, refill my water and walk around for a few minutes. Much better routine than sitting there suffering until 6.
Simple wins
I've realized I don't need another complicated “system.” I need something simple enough that I'll still be using it after the excitement wears off.
This passed that test.
not heavy
I thought it will be heavy and annoying but actually no. quite comfortable and easy adjust. I use watching tv normally.
My husband stole it
Ordered one for MY neck.
My husband tried it.
Now apparently it belongs to him.
Just ordered another 🙄😂
med school = shrimp posture
lecture laptop. notes ipad. study phone. sleep. repeat.
i was literally becoming 🦐
FINALLY
FINALLY something that isn't just “pull your shoulders back” 😭😭😭
MY NECK was the problem!!!!
Started as a reminder, became a habit
At first I had to leave myself a sticky note saying “NECK” on my monitor so I'd remember to use it.
Now I don't even need the note.
Usually after a long call or a couple hours on the computer I'll automatically reach for it. Then I stand up and move around for a bit.
It's become part of my workday in a way that stretching routines never did for me.
Better than another mug
father's day gift for dad who says “dont buy me anything”
way better than mug #473 😂
My lazy-person approval
As somebody who has watched “5 minute morning stretch” videos and then decided 5 minutes was too much work... this gets my approval.
Good for people with zero discipline 😂
If your current posture plan is “I'll remember to sit properly” then we're the same person.
Spoiler: we will not remember.
This helps 😂
No reviews for this yet.
Try it for 30 days. If it's not for you, send it back.
Why switchers choose NAPE
Neck support was never the problem. You just couldn't stand wearing it.
Get my NAPE
Our story
I owned a bulky neck collar. I wore it twice. It was hot, heavy, and slow to put on, so it lived in a drawer while my neck ached every day at 3pm.
So we spent 9 months and 13 prototypes building one light enough to forget about. That was the only rule.
If it doesn't earn a place in your day, send it back.
